Fight the Big Bull is 9-peice jazz group from Richmond, Virginia, on a record label called Clean Feed in Lisbon, Portugal. They needed to release their debut EP quickly and inexpensively, and asked us to design a solution. The bull imagery was vivid to us, and we had our friend Andy Jenkins write us a story about a fictious bull that lives up in the mountains of a small Spanish village and breathes fear into the community below. We wrote all of the information in both English and Spanish to support the story, printed the cover as a sticker, stuck it on a blank white CD sleeve, and then inserted it with a solid black CD-R and a folded copy of the story.
