Diner Journal is the brainchild of artist, turned restaurateur, turned publisher, Andrew Tarlow, and Editor-in-Chief Anna Dunn. Published three times a year, it offers everything from art to recipes. We got to blend both for Issue No. 25. Instead of creating images from the completed recipes assigned to us, we extracted the ingredients, stacked them, and shot them as food totems.
