OFF-WHITE c/o VIRGIL ABLOH™ is a fashion label rooted in current culture. Virgil calls it a sandbox for ideas, and he has a lot of them. One of those ideas was to do a book about the architecture of OFF-WHITE’s flagship store in Hong Kong, not the clothes. The entire store was designed through dozens of fast-paced conversations between Virgil, his team, Family New York and the contractors in Hong Kong, so we designed an oversized coffee table book that put every single conversation in the book—every email, every text—from concept to construction. We also included our correspondence during the design of the book.
