Stationary Paperboy

We were invited to be a part of The FLAG Art Foundation’s exhibition “The Times”— a show using The New York Times as its point of departure. The exhibit featured over 80 artists, artist duos, and collectives using the “paper of record” to address and reframe issues that impact our everyday lives.

Stationary Paperboy is a performance that brought the physical delivery of a newspaper indoors, and put it on display. Every Thursday throughout the show’s duration, a paperboy went on their route, throwing copies of that day’s New York Times to visitors as they entered the 9th floor gallery of The FLAG Art Foundation.
